Welcome, Welcome, How nice to see you again!. I have been working on a little of everything this week. It has been hard to get back in to it since I came back from my vacation but I am trying. I realized that tomorrow marks one year of Blogging for me!! I am hoping this is a good thing! I have enjoyed sharing with you over the past year and I hope that you have enjoyed reading! Since it is hard for me to share my original works with you on a weekly basis. I have decided to try out a new Idea I have been kicking around. I am sure you have seen the yard sale pictures, that another artist bought and added an Iconic Pop-culture figure into on the web. Well my Idea is similar. Take an Iconic passage from a classic literary work and r-write it in modern slang...I don't know I just thought it would be fun, so I am trying it out on you this week!! Hope you enjoy!! So I have been reflecting on why it is I write. Truthfully, I cant remember ever not writing. I think I was seven or eight when I wrote my first song. I was so proud of it I ran over to my Friends house and sang it for her and her mother. They laughed, of course, even now I think it was funny, but it didn't deter me from continuing to write poetry, making illustrated books, scribbling song lyrics on my notebooks. I guess you could say that the only time I am not being what is expected of me is when I am pouring my thoughts on paper. I have also been pining over weather or not I will be good enough. Will anyone read my stuff? Will I be taken seriously? I have been told I am talented, I would like to believe that is true. But I can help but fear the negative feedback from my lack of technical skills. I myself have read countless novels with excellent grammar/punctuation that lacked in the actual content. The writers, as well as EVERYONE on the Internet, are unabashed telling others...

Welcome back friends! Well this day has brought me a lovely migraine and a double shift. So needless to say this is the highlight of my day thus far!!!I have been working on muse vol 2, forcing myself to edit, and setting my Newsletter through MailChimp So I can provide those that choose to receive it the novellas that go along with the muse series. I may also send some release information and appearance info( if I am ever asked to appear , I know I am getting ahead of myself there :P ). I REALLY REALLY REALLY  want this, so I am hoping to get all of this buttoned up, and released soon, hopefully before the end of summer. I am just praying that I don't make a complete fool of myself. I can only do so much, and with limited resources I am afraid I will fall flat compared to most. However, I truly believe in my story, so hopefully everyone else will as well!!! I just wish more people would leave feedback for me to build with!! So keep that in mind while you enjoy the teas...

Welcome, welcome! Here it is Thursday again! How exciting! Not really, but got to make the best of things. I recently read an article about writing the ending of a book first, and working from there. I decided to try that theory out  we will see how that goes! I have been working hard on my edits at home and trying desperately to at least get it to beta by the end of the month..Happy birthday to me! But when I can absolutely not change the tense of another word, I go back to writing mode, and this is a little of what I have for you today!!! Enjoy!!!!
