HUMP DAY!!

I started this a while back(early 2014). Someone said a good story never started with a salad, so I accepted that challenge. Its basically a story loosely based on me and my GF's. I think I may have posted pieces in the past, but this is actually its entirety. I let them choose their own names in the book. I am not feeling the whole blog thing this week, so I will just get right to the throwout. THE LAST ADVENTURE OF THOSE GIRLS I am pretty sure this is the worst fifteen dollar salad I have ever eaten. Nothing like eating a crappy, wilted, airport side salad while I wait FOREVER for my flight. I have been stranded for ten hours at MSP International. Riding out a blizzard, which has dumped more snow than Minneapolis has seen in twenty years. I briefly considered taking the light rail back to my house. Unfortunately, the storm has shut that option down as well. Attention travelers, the TSA and maintenance crews have started to clear the runways. We apologize for any incon...

Its Thursday Throwout time

Inadequate= word of the week I say this only because I have been fully introduced to the beauty that is my co-authors writings and I now feel painfully under qualified to be in their presence. They are great ladies, and would never outright bash me, but I feel like if I were them I would cut my losses and walk. I suppose all authors feel this way at some point. I just take into account that there are those that support me and are happy to read my writing. This is what continues to push me onward. So thank you all for returning to read on a weekly basis. I jumped back into Muse Vol 2 and am still doing a second read through of Scarred. I have my first beta reading it, though I have not finished my read through. I warned her of my ridiculous dyslexia, so hopefully she does not laugh me of the planet. Anyway, I want to wow you this week. Provide something that is well worth the read. So here is one of my favorite scenes. I don't know if I have already posted this, so hopefully its...

It's the freakin weekend!!

Hello, Hope all of you are well. I have been busy networking and promoting the A Million Little Pieces Project. I also started working on Muse vol 2 again. I have been neglecting Stella and Jesson, and they need to have their story told! So I jumped back in feet first. I often feel like I am not good enough. That this whole thing is a joke to others. I know it is likely just self doubt on my part, but it is always there. Sometimes it is more prominent then others. However, people are always giving me words of encouragement. I appreciate them very much. Especially when I get positive reviews, I feel like I am finally doing something right. So, if I have not said it lately, thank you all for being awesome, supportive, and above all interested in what I put down on paper! I thought I would share my vision of Jesson with you all. If Muse is ever made into a movie I would love it he would play Jesson for me :) Muse Vol 2 “As lovely as ever, Erato, how have you...

Weekly THROW OUT

Hi all, Well as you may or may not have noticed, I missed last week :(. I apologize, but with that I also have news. I have started a collaboration with two other amazing authors that I met through the magic of social media. The project is something near and dear to our hearts, and I can only hope to do it the justice it deserves. we are calling it "A Million Little Pieces Project" and if all goes well there will be a book and documentary at the end of this journey. We are entitling the future publication A Million Little Pieces: Stories of Love, Lust, Faith & Dreams of the Echelon It will be a compilation of stories from the followers of the band Thirty Seconds To Mars known as the Echelon. A long with  a Documentary of our experiences, the video blogs, and fan art of the Echelon.  I don't think I have ever been involved in something that holds the heart and emotion of so many before. The thought that I can be a part of this is very humbling. As the e-mai...
